Ball

We recently completed a short-run project for Ball, digitally printing on a range of their aluminium bottle formats for display at the Drinktec show.

The bottles, used across multiple beverage categories including beer, wine, water, and mixed drinks, were supplied in small quantities - 15 units per shape, each featuring unique artwork. This made digital print the ideal solution, offering full flexibility for their designs.

Each bottle was printed with a high-opacity white base layer, followed by CMYK colour to ensure vibrancy and consistency across all artworks. A clear gloss varnish was then applied to protect the print surface and deliver a premium finish.

The final samples were shipped back to Ball and used on their stand to demonstrate the visual and functional versatility of aluminium packaging.
